Our Managing Director has over 45 years’ experience within the Construction Industry and in recent years Hywel has specialised in managing the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects throughout the UK. Working for prestigious clients within the highway, rail and housing development sectors.

He now heads up NIKO Management Ltd with a particular emphasis on more challenging projects and using his extensive knowledge and experience of providing specialist solutions to often very difficult projects where others fear to tread.

With the current skill shortage in the Industry, the likelihood of this only becoming an even more serious problem in the years ahead Hywel has provided the vision within NIKO Management to plug this gap and offer support services to a range of clients to ensure cost effective technically appropriate solutions ranging from design compliance audits through Health and Safety support to full design and build packages.

Kathy graduated in 2004 with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geology and went straight into the site investigation world. She went from digging trial holes, to foundation supervision works and then into site management winning an award in the civil engineering category with the Institute of Clerk of Works.

After many years undertaking site management and project management roles for different civils firms she realised there was a gap in the market place for effective project management. She set up Niko Management Ltd with Hywel as she realised with his experience that they together could offer a more enhanced professional package to a range of clients across different sectors.
